Paul Shrubb founded Risk Response + Rescue (RR+R) in 1998. From this RR+R has evolved to be the leader of rescue for high-risk operations and environments.
We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with a very unique approach to individual and team performance in higher risk operations and environments. We have conducted the highest quality of training throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific in some of the most hostile areas spanning marine, aviation, alpine, deserts and underground. Our programs teach life skills to increase safety in the workplace. Our people are our greatest asset and their realism is infectious.
